安装了一个mysql5.5，后来装jspstudy 时，jspstudy里面有一个绿色的mysql，结果已启动，导致原来的用不了了，
而且服务service里面也没有MySql了，结果肯定是这2个Mysql就冲突了。
尝试解决，把phpstudy里面的mysql给停止掉，发现还是没用，以前的还是无法连接。
最终解决办法：
cmd 进入 后执行 C:\Program Files(x86)\MySQL5.6\bin>mysqld.exe -install
Service successfully installed.
这个时候就会发现，service里面已经有MySQL服务了，如果没有启动，我们在MySQL上右键启动就好了。
